Fostering Inclusive Workplace Culture
Background
Vodafone partnered with us to develop a 90-minute digital learning experience aimed at promoting active allyship and reinforcing their core values across the organisation. Our objective was to create content that was both engaging and educational, encouraging employees to embody inclusive behaviours in their daily work.
Our Approach
We collaborated closely with Vodafone to design a blended learning solution that combined:
- Animations and micro-animations
- Interactive elements
- Short-form videos
- Concise editorial content
This modular approach allowed for flexible learning, catering to various learning styles and schedules. The content was initially developed for the UK audience and subsequently localised for deployment in 14 additional countries, ensuring cultural relevance and broader reach.

Impact and Results
Our collaboration contributed to Vodafone's broader diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Over 33,000 employees completed Vodafone's "Withstander" allyship training, available in 10 different languages, enhancing awareness and inclusive behaviours across the organisation.
- Vodafone's commitment to inclusivity was recognised with a 6th place ranking out of 246 companies in the 2024 Stonewall Workplace Equality Index, a significant improvement from the previous year's 61st position.
