A four-season approach to staff training


Pizza Express commissioned Attic to create a video as phase 1 of a learning campaign to spearhead the roll out of a new service model (CREW) in PizzaExpress restaurants.

The new service model is designed to be simpler and more agile compared to the current 10 step process. The new model is part of wider programme of operational change that covers restaurant refits, uniforms and customer feedback gathering.

Attic created a hearts and minds campaign video to introduce staff to the CREW model and support the subsequent face to face training and adoption of the service model across PizzaExpress operations.
